About Pops By Launch from their webpage: The concept of alcoholic sorbet pops came to us one night when we couldn’t decide between a drink or dessert, so after much deliberation we thought ‘Porque no los dos:’ why not have both!? One of our team, being Australian with an Italian background, thought hard about this paradox and the Pops were born. Having had experience in the food and beverage industry, and a love of anything art deco, we set to work.
