We currently ship Australia wide - International shipping coming soon!

Australian orders have FREE SHIPPING with every order of Salty Sister. 

NOTE: Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery is within 2-5 business days, as per Australia Post.

Return & Refund Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds due to change of mind. In the event your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please see below and we'll  do our best to sort it out quickly for you!

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please provide details (including photos) within 14 days of purchase to saltysisterau@gmail.com. We will then organise to have replacement/correct items that sent out to you ASAP. (Note: Salty Sister Pty Ltd will pay the shipping costs for the replacement/correct items to be resent to the address on your original order). Please include your order confirmation number/name on the original order in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request quickly.
